Whether you’re going back to your favorite spot or creating completely new memories, you may want to log it with a journal. When you journal your adventures, it adds a whole new layer to the experience. You can clearly capture your experiences, look back at them, learn from them, etc. While it’s also good for recreational purposes, journaling can be especially beneficial for tracking progress, improvements, etc.

If you have any goals related to physical or mental health, or simply want to improve your paddle boarding abilities, the new year is an excellent time to get started.
