Our paddle boards are constructed using the advanced MSL Fusion construction method, which is the highest standard in paddleboard manufacturing.
This unique process begins by moving away from the outdated technique of coating the inner thread with molten PVC. Instead, we utilize a revolutionary adhesive layer that is meticulously applied to the thread structure. This layer not only seals but also bonds effectively, onto which a high-density structural PVC layer is machine-laminated. This precise lamination process not only ensures uniform quality by eliminating inconsistencies associated with manual application, but it also allows us to use significantly less glue. As a result, the weight of the board is reduced by up to 5 lbs, enhancing performance and handling.
